These Terms govern the website, memberships, live room, coaching, and educational services offered by Frameworks Trading LLC. By enrolling, you agree to the applicable terms clearly displayed before checkout. Additional plan-specific terms accepted at checkout also apply.

Educational Purpose and Trading Risk

Frameworks Trading provides trading education and trader-development resources, not individualized investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or financial advice. We do not manage accounts or place trades for members. Trading futures, foreign exchange, and other instruments carries substantial risk of loss. No performance or income outcome is promised. Monthly Membership: Three-Payment Minimum

Every new monthly membership—including standard, promotional, preferred, and annual-to-monthly conversions—requires three consecutive monthly payments at the rate expressly accepted at checkout. Members may submit a cancellation request at any time, but doing so during the initial commitment does not waive the remaining required payments. A qualifying early cancellation is scheduled to stop future renewals after the third committed membership month. After the three-payment commitment, the membership renews monthly unless canceled before the next renewal processes. The minimum financial commitment and payment schedule must be shown before purchase.

Annual Memberships

Annual recurring subscriptions renew every 12 months at the member’s original subscription rate until canceled before renewal. A 12-month membership purchased using a non-recurring Buy Now, Pay Later payment arrangement does not automatically renew; renewal requires a new purchase. Financing repayment obligations remain governed by the financing provider’s terms. After completing the initial annual term, a member may request an available monthly membership at an agreed price before the next annual renewal; the monthly three-payment minimum applies to the new arrangement.

Lifetime Subscription Rate Protection

For continuously active subscriptions in good standing, Frameworks honors the agreed monthly or annual recurring rate, including an eligible promotional rate. An interruption may end that guarantee. Members returning within 30 calendar days after their paid membership access expires may reinstate their prior monthly rate. Members who already completed their initial three-month commitment and return within six months after access ends may resume monthly without restarting that commitment. After six months, a new three-month commitment applies. Returning after 30 days does not guarantee the former price. Promotional prices are subject to specific offer eligibility; cancellation and reenrollment do not automatically qualify a former member for a new-member promotion. Any new rate and commitment will be disclosed before payment.

Failed Payments and Access

If a recurring payment fails, Frameworks allows seven calendar days from the first failed charge to resolve the payment. Access may be suspended after that window while the balance remains unpaid. Members who settle the outstanding balance within 30 calendar days after suspension may recover their previously protected subscription rate and access. Suspension does not itself cancel the subscription or extinguish outstanding committed amounts. These provisions describe the business policy; operation of payment retries and membership access is subject to the actual systems used.

Cancellation and Final Sales

Members may request cancellation at any time, subject to any remaining initial commitment payments. Cancellation stops renewal after the applicable commitment and paid period; it does not create a partial refund. Member access continues through the end of the period for which payment has been received, except where access is lawfully suspended for nonpayment or serious misconduct. All completed payments are final and non-refundable except verified billing errors or where required by law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Live Trading Room: Required Recording and Media Authorization

Participation in interactive live trading room sessions—including by members, trial members, guests, and prospects—requires advance acknowledgment and authorization of recording and use of qualifying excerpts. Participants may have their voice, first name, and voluntary comments captured and selected excerpts used in Frameworks’ educational materials, website, presentations, social media, or advertising. Frameworks will not intentionally alter a clip to materially misrepresent what was said. Sensitive account data and other participants’ private information are not authorized for public disclosure solely by this clause. Notice and a recorded affirmative acceptance of the detailed Live Room Recording & Media Authorization are required before participation. Jurisdiction-specific recording requirements still apply. Private coaching is excluded and remains private unless separate documented permission is granted for the proposed public use.

Content, Accounts, and Conduct

Keep account details confidential and use your own membership access only. Do not reproduce, resell, or rebroadcast educational materials without authorization. Frameworks may restrict access for fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law and purchased rights. Frameworks owns its original educational content and branding, and members receive only a personal, nontransferable right to access materials made available under their plans.

Third Parties, Liability, and Changes

Payment, community, scheduling, video, broker, exchange, and trading software providers operate under their own terms. Frameworks is not affiliated with those services unless expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, Frameworks is not responsible for trading losses or third-party failures; this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Frameworks may prospectively update the Terms with notice as appropriate, without retroactively changing a member’s agreed recurring rate.
