Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Frameworks Trading LLC (“Frameworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit FrameworksTrading.com, submit a form, enroll in a membership or coaching program, receive educational resources, communicate with us, participate in our community, attend online sessions, or otherwise interact with Frameworks.

This policy is designed to describe our actual business practices in clear language. It does not replace rights that may apply to you under federal, state, or international privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Frameworks, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address if provided, and similar contact details.
  • Enrollment and membership information: membership plan, enrollment status, billing status, onboarding information, community access status, coaching participation, and related account records.
  • Form and communication information: information you provide through enrollment forms, contact forms, surveys, applications, testimonial submissions, support requests, email, text messages, scheduling tools, or other communications.
  • Payment and transaction information: purchase amount, payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, refunds, cancellations, and related records. Full payment-card details are generally processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and are not stored directly by Frameworks.
  • Educational and coaching information: questions, goals, journal or review information you choose to submit, class participation, coaching notes, and similar information used to provide education and support.
  • Referral and source information: how you heard about Frameworks, referral or Trusted Partner information, campaign source, and related attribution information where applicable.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, and other technical information generated when you use our website.
  • Audio, video, image, or testimonial content: only when you voluntarily participate in a recording, submit a testimonial, provide media, or otherwise give us permission to use such content.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you submit forms, enroll, make a purchase, request support, schedule a call, participate in coaching or community activities, or communicate with us. We may also collect information automatically through website technologies such as cookies and server logs, and from service providers that support payments, email, scheduling, community access, video meetings, analytics, and similar business functions.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide and administer memberships, coaching, educational resources, live sessions, community access, and customer support;
  • process enrollment, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and account administration;
  • communicate with you about your membership, requested resources, appointments, classes, support matters, and service updates;
  • send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
  • personalize and improve our educational programs, website, communications, and customer experience;
  • maintain business, accounting, tax, legal, security, and compliance records;
  • detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, abuse, security issues, or misuse;
  • measure campaign performance, website usage, and operational effectiveness; and
  • comply with applicable law, legal process, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

4. Legal Bases for Processing Where GDPR or Similar Laws Apply

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or similar law applies, our legal bases for processing may include:

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide a membership, resource, coaching service, or other product you request.
  • Consent: where you have affirmatively agreed to a particular use, such as certain marketing communications or optional technologies.
  • Legitimate interests: operating and improving our business, maintaining security, preventing fraud, communicating with customers, and understanding how our services are used, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: processing necessary to satisfy tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, or other legal requirements.

5. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the message. Transactional or service-related communications, such as billing, security, account, or membership notices, may still be sent when necessary.

If Frameworks uses text messaging for marketing, we will obtain consent where required and provide applicable opt-out instructions. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase unless expressly disclosed otherwise.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site, maintain security, remember preferences, and support forms or account functionality. We may also use analytics, performance, advertising, or social-media technologies where enabled.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will provide appropriate notice or controls. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some website functions.

7. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate our business. Depending on the service you use, these may include providers for:

  • payment processing and subscription billing, including Stripe;
  • customer relationship management, email delivery, forms, and website operations, including FluentCRM and Fluent Forms;
  • membership community access, including Skool;
  • scheduling, including Cal.com;
  • video meetings and live sessions, including Zoom;
  • website hosting, security, backups, analytics, and technical support; and
  • professional advisers, accountants, legal counsel, or other providers when reasonably necessary.

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms, depending on the service.

8. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Frameworks does not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics technologies that are treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under an applicable state privacy law, we will provide the notices and choices required by that law.

9. Payment Information

Payment transactions are generally processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Frameworks typically receives transaction details such as customer name, email, amount, payment status, subscription status, and transaction identifiers, but does not receive or store the full payment-card number used to complete checkout.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining membership and transaction records, customer support, accounting, tax, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission, website, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

12. International Data Transfers

Frameworks is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we will use lawful mechanisms for cross-border transfers of personal information.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, portability of certain data, or information about how personal information is used or disclosed.

Some rights are subject to exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information where required or permitted for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Similar Jurisdictions

If GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.

United States State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights, which may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and in some cases to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities. We will honor rights that apply to Frameworks under applicable law.

14. Automated Decision-Making

Frameworks does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about customers. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any rights or disclosures required by law.

15. Children’s Privacy

Frameworks Trading services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly offer memberships or collect personal information from children in a manner that would require parental consent under applicable child-privacy laws.

16. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our website or communications may link to or integrate with third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.
